Steering Wheel Scratch?
Hey guys,
Not sure if this is normal wear and tear, or maybe a scratch.. Can it be fixed with leather conditioner or something?
Its on the bottom of the steering wheel.

That is actual damage to the leather... certainly not something any cleaner or conditioner will repair.
In order to fix that, the leather would need to be physically repaired. I'm no leather expert, but I imagine it would require some sanding, maybe a little filling, and then dying the repaired spot to match the surrounding area. I may be off base a little bit though, as I mentioned, I am certainly no upholstery repair expert.

Thanks for the reply Zach.
I just saw it recently, I don't know when it got scratched. It might be my belt, but I do get in/out very carefully. =\
And I doubt the dealer will replace the whole steering wheel for something this minor. I can't even see it, since its on the bottom.
I'm planning to buy some leather conditioner, like Lexol, to prevent it from further cracking.
Suggestions?

The leather is not cracking, it was scratched/damaged. It will not just continue to peel unless you continue to scratch it in the same place. There is no real need to condition the leather here. Just keep it clean.
