Hi - as I mentioned, my interior is parchment and there is significant color transfer from my clothes to the parchment seats.

Also - please recommend a general interior cleaner for non- leather surfaces ...

I can only think of one that actually works based on others experiences.

Leather Masters Strong cleaner and a nice soft brush should work.
