Default Cleaning / Detailing F Sport grill IS series

How does one properly clean the newer F Sport grills namely the IS series?

Can you recommend a specific brush that gets in all of the areas that dirt will settle. Lots of venting slots and small openings. Seems like an area of the car that could use TLC once in a while.

I don't have an IS but our grill are very similar....honey comb style.

I just wash my grill normally and then when I'm in the mood I have a seat/stool in front of the grill use a microfiber towel with some dry wash sprayed on it (Ech20) ( anything will do, even water) then put it over a wooden stir stick (paint stick) and push it thru each slot. After a couple of times you can do the whole grill in about 2-3 minutes. My RX grill is a little bigger so you should have no problems.

I have used various brushes and some work well, but I find if you want it with no water spots and every nook and cranny a micro and paint stick works the best.

We had a thread on this a few months ago. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...ort-grill.html

A soft wheel brush, then covering the grill with hydro2 afterwards is your best bet.

Thanks blkexcoupe...I thought there was a thread on this but couldn't find it....maybe I shouldn't be doing this after a few drinks, or I need new glasses.
