Default paintwork

i jus recently bought a used 92es300 which is pretty mint for a 109000 miles. Nothing mechanically wrong with the car except for the paint on the drivers side. i didn't realize when i bought the car but there are white spots all over the drivers side. It kind of looks like house paint splatter or permanent bird poop. Im really not sure what it is but how much will it cost to touch up and should i go to lexus dealer or a auto body shop?

You may want to try a claybar. Mother's ($15) or Clay Magic ($10)
may take care of it without resorting to paying a professional.

i ordered mothers claybar and got it in the mail today, cause i bought it online (i was too lazy to go out). it works like magic!!!! thanks for the awesome advice. I had several little white dots all over my lite grey ES. i had to use the clay on the hood part of the roof and on all four doors. the con is its very tedious work and took a little more than 3 hours!!! the work was worth it sure beats a new paint job, besides looks new anyways after i got thru with it. I basically used up the hole clay and now its all black but i dont think i'll be needing it anymore. i was going to apply the wax that came with the kit but my i couldn't life my arms after i was thru with the claybar so i was done. thanks once again!
