Default Something is stuck to my front bumper/ fenders

Just wondering what I can use to remove a stubborn substance from the front of my car.. I'm not sure what it is but its even tough to remove with a finger nail.. I don't think its tar but its on my front bumper and up part of my fenders.. My car is garaged and kept close to a field away from all other vehicles when at work so maybe its grass clippings or something?? Although It's never happened before in 3 years.. could it be bugs that are just splattered? My car is dirty af but i'll go get a picture

Now that I think of it.. I think it might be leftover residue from a 3m clear bra that I removed not long ago..

I take it the Xylene will remove and wax that is on my bumper as well right? There are a few spots on my headlights as well.. this stuff is safe to use??

Blot some on a mf towel and spot clean is the preferred method?

Xylene will definitely remove any wax on the bumper. Make sure you do a test on the least visible area first, I've never had any issues but have not used in on cars made in the last 5 years.

I've removed a huge amount of glue left over from clear film used plastic razor blades, rags etc. whatever I had on hand.
