Does anyone have an estimate for how much it would cost to fix a scratch like this on a Lexus RX350 rear bumper?

It's difficult to tell from the picture if the bumper cover is dented or otherwise compromised. If it is just scratched up, I would say the cost would be about $350 to repaint entire bumper cover which is what would need to be done.
