I emailed a question about two of his products needing clarification which to buy. i also never heard back from so went to another product. With customer service like that no thanks. There are plenty of great products out in the market.

Too many others saying his stuff is a "Boutique Brand" because he doesn't sell it on all the Detail Forums. Ive been using his Hoseless Lift kit due to both Suntek Ultra PPF & Ceramic.Coatimg.
