Default wood kits 97 sc300

Here we go! I've been sifting through all these threads on wood kits and I'm #$%#@@ confused. I need a kit for my 97 sc 300. I would'nt be so concerned but previous owner must have smoked , it looks like some burned melting spots on the center console and I think the wood looks good anyway.
Any body out there put a kit on a sc 300. did it match? where did you get it? Got any pictures?
Help I'm lost.

Then I guess you saw this thread.

The samples I ordered came today so I'll compare them to my 96 SC400 wood tonight and report on the color, grain and luster match. There were a few members who were going to order on a "satisfaction guarenteed" basis. Maybe they have their kits by now and will give us a progress report.

I don't know, but IMO any kit I saw on an sc so far has looked nasty and you can tell the difference.
I wouldn't put anything but the real deal in my car.
