have about 2 grand total for the factory leather from lexus, and them installing it...could be a little cheaper. A custom shop wants to charge me about 16-2500 for some custom work. green piping and the middle of my seats done in green leather to match my car...give it a more sportier look, and way more aggressive

You could spend 2k on new seats from Lexus but you'll still get crappy leather. I'd go custom. Better quality leather and you'll get exactly what you want for the same price as new seats give or take a couple hundred.
