Opened back door in garage and developed a few deep scratches on the door. Does anyone out there have any suggestions for purchasing a product to remove or reduce impact of these scratches?

How deep are they? Pics would definitely help. If you can run your fingernail over them and it catches in the scratch, you're well in to the clear coat and will need correction to take care of them. Certain polishes will help fill the scratch, but won't remove it. Consider that a temporary fix.

If you're talking down to the actual colored paint or into the paint, you're looking at chip repair which is a completely different fix.
