303 is good for anything rubber and plastic some people put it on coated leather I'm not a fan for leather. I don't consider it a cleaner. Don't recall if I've used Nexzett I'm sure it's a good product but 303 is known for the best UV protection, remember heat kills interior parts as well not just ultraviolet. I think this is the best all round interior cleaner for the money.
you won't like the Turtle Wax cleaner if strong smells bother you but most of these products have a strong smell, citrus or something else.

I've read about some of the soft touch surfaces of Lexus dashboards marring really easily (i.e. wiping with a damp microfiber cloth can cause marks). I don't know if this applies to your car as well, but I would do a test wipe on an inconspicuous area with just a damp microfiber cloth to be sure.
303 is not a cleaner, so if you wanted to clean and protect, I'd use the Nextzett over the 303. On a clean surface, I use 303. I use a Swiffer duster to lightly clean the dust off, then spray 303 onto a clean microfiber and wipe it into the surface. I apply it to all of the interior surfaces of my CX-9 with no issues. It wipes clean and dry and provides great UV protection. Both should be ok to use on surfaces 1, 2, 3 and 6. For the steering wheel, I'd avoid using 303 as it can make the wheel a little more "slippery" in my experience.
