Rubbing alcohol, or hairspray with alcohol. Rub briskly, but lightly.
Apply leather conditioner immediately and let sit for 30 minutes.
Buff dry and you're done.

You can also try the lemon scent soft scrub and a small nylon brush dipped in a little water. It easily took out the ink mark my daughter put on my rear seat. Make sure you condition the seat after it dry.
