I've used 3M's headliner spray adhesive in the past on cars, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. No issues, but remember to do light coats.

Remember to use something like a credit card to push the wrinkles out, working from the back of the sag to the opening.

Yeah, if you're doing it in a closed area, a mask and eye protection would be a good idea. When I used it, it was outside with all the doors open and a slight breeze, so I was good to go. Also, don't quote me on this, but I believe it was Permatex we used a year or so prior, and it started to loosen up on hot days, so we switched to the 3M and didn't have a problem.
