Need advice from everyone. It’s My 2020 rx350. Looks like my alcohol spray bottle was leaking out overnight and caused an permanent damage on the panel and the panel now is ruined . Any suggestions how to restore it and can it be replaced ? I tried using the warm water but it isn’t working.

That looks like the alcohol kind of compromised what appears to be a clear coat that is on that plastic panel. Hard to tell from the photo but it looks like some kind of coating as peeled. If that is the case, I think you are looking at replacement.

As a last resort before you try replacement, you can try something specifically for plastics. I've used a product by tap plastics for scratches in plastic that worked real well for other applications.

Personally, I'd tape off the area and remove as many things as possible, then just wet sand and polish it. At this point what's the harm? If that doesn't work, check out car-part.com for a wrecked RX with the same interior, then swap it. Shouldn't be TOO hard.
