This may sound crazy but I use semi-acidic dishwasher liquid in water to get the really tough stains out of the leather. You won't believe how black the foam gets! That's just how much gunk you and your passengers carry on your buttocks everyday!
Anyway, after the soapy session, your leather is usually left pretty dry that it needs to be conditioned. So usually I dump some good Mother's leather conditioner (or any of your local brand available) and let it soak in the hot sun for a couple of hours to get it really deep and soft.
It works. And believe me, I have custom light beige/tan leather and any disgusting dirt will show on it!

The dash is vinyl, not leather, so I'd recommend 303 Aerospace, Vinylex, or 3M Refresh (stay away from Armor-All). For the seats, Lexol, Meguiars Gold Class, or Zymol Creme/ Leather Soap. Your car is new enough, if you keep up the seats now, you won't have to try to revive the seats later with Leatherique or Surflex (like many of us who are the 2nd owners and trying to make up for the neglect of the original owner).
