If only the clear is scratched that can be polished out. If scratched down to the base then using a clear touch up pen will make it look much better. If down to the primer then that's a two step touch up and won't look very good.
I can't tell if there is material transfer or not, either way hit that with just about any compound/polish and rag see if a bit of rubbing improves the look.

Great thank you!
Is there a compound/polish and a touch up clear pen that you recommend i should use(or shouldn't use)? The scratch does appear to be deep.
There are no truly bad products out there (that I've tried) for example Meguiar's Ultimate Compound can be found just about anywhere and is decent. If possible get a foam pad for polishing instead of using a microfiber the pad will do a better job. Microfiber for cleaning up the polish of course.
For touch up pen I like the ones that have the felt tip instead of brush but that's down to preference. Don't expect a perfect repair with either unless you get into wet sanding (risky).

Project Farm also did a good video comparing different scratch removers.
TL;DW - Meguiars seems to come out on top in terms of best results in shortest time.
Best way to fix it??
Hi All, since it's the same issue I thought not to start a new thread and ask the forum for best solutions.
That's my side right door that was probably got "brushed" by a garbage can. I can see the white under coat. Not sure which coat that is. The car is black so it's visible.
Not sure if a small bottle of touch-up paint is the way to go or another route.
Will appreciate your opinions and recommendations of products to treat that.
Best regards
the scratch looks pretty deep, I wouldn't use the products being discussed on the thread if you care about your paint for the long term
if you want to get the best outcome
bring it to a detail shop
they will wet sand the area
they will clean, and clay it
they will use two different compounds with a dual action polisher
they will use two pads one a microfiber to cut the scratch off then one for polish
then they will polish/ protect it
so if you spend 250$ for a clean, cut and polish at a shop I see that scratch looking 90 percent better and the rest of vehicle will look like new
after all the clean , cut and polish you can ceramic coat the car which will also be a nice addition

I must say that by touch, it does not feel like a deep scratch but still exposed a white layer (which might be the primer?)
