Hello everyone as I was washing the car yesterday I could not get the discoloration off. Is this paint defects just some grime that need to cleaned off another way? I may have noticed it b4 but they were very faint. is this is paint defect will it be covered under warranty? car was bought in jan 2019. thanks everyone

Looks like perhaps something spilled in those spots (tree sap??). Try a mild abrasive like SWIRLX and I bet it comes right off.

Sometimes just using a paste wax on spots like this will clean it up and you get the added benefit from the wax. Most paste wax has a mild polishing effect. Of course, you could also use a clay bar but I usually find simple wax does the trick for me. I guess what I’m saying, is that as nearly as I can tell from your photos, it just looks like some kind of surface contamination.

Another vote for clay barring the spots. May also want to try a tar/sap remover, like CarPro Tar X.

I was able to buff it out with scratch remover. Thanks everyone
