So, I had the LOC installed at a shop, but when I disconnect all the rcas, I hear sound from the sub? Not an expert but im sure I should only hear music when the rcas are connected as I have the 4 way and sub woofer aftermarket amps. Was trying to disconnect it if that was the case but what a process just to get back there

If I am following what you are saying, the shop probably tapped the signal and left the factory sub hooked up. It shouldn't hurt anything if you leave it hooked up. And yes, to get to the connector to disconnect it at the sub is a bit of a pain but not all that bad. I may be "going back in" on mine to fix a vibration. The setup I have has induced some vibration in the deck lid which I've narrowed down to the child seat anchor plastic covers. To fix it correctly, I will have to pull the deck lid and glue the covers from behind to keep them from moving. Now that is aggravating!

lol the pain and suffering that comes with car audio. Idk thinking of leaving it just how it is. the other issue I have now is the fader/balance is all messed up after the LOC install. Also, thanks for all the input/quick replies
