Default Bench-Building Thread

Hey guys, endulge me. I'm working overnight and trying to keep myself busy. I come to you all seeking advice because my research has produced a few questions.

I'm planning on building my 06 GS300 AWD. I had a couple options, but the most realistic way would be to throw a Lotus Evora S supercharger or something similar onto it. I know it's not gonna be fast, and I know I could just sell it off to get a 430, or a 450h, but there's no fun in that. Plus I have an Aristo front end, rear bumper and taillight swapped 96 GS rolling chassis that I plan on dropping a 3uz with a cd009.

As far as the 06 goes, I'm going to rebuild everything and was wondering about the engine. The only difference (physically) between the 2gr and 3gr is the bore. I was planning on resleeving it to 94mm like what the 2gr has. I also figured if I just got 2gr heads then I'd have less worries about the Evora supercharger bolting to them since it bolts to those heads anyway. From the this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-3rd-gen-2006-2011/929459-gs300-350-2gr-3gr-head-differences.html
It looks like the 2gr heads line up with the 3gr, and with the bore it *SHOULD* (wishful thinking) sit flush. Then there's the option to bore my stock head chambers to match the oversized bores of the cylinders. If i do this, i dont have to buy any new parts, and just pray to god the Evora supercharger mounts to the 3gr heads without much modification.

So far, in my head, everything is adding up, but I don't have enough information to say with 100% certainty that everything will be as easy as I think it is. So I come before you all seeking guidance.
