I'm sorry but even if I was 16 (I'm 64) I would be afraid the drive that down the road. That is unless I lived in Watts, CA and was a pimp. Under the hood...........no problem......looks good. But outside. Come-on give us a break and get it painted.

Benzman, it's just a concept car and for the SEMA show. I think they will do some testing on that car before put it into the new redesign IS( I hope). This is good for us because they're doing some serious testing before they send it out= less problem. Or they just drop the whole project and stay with the new V-6 IS330 and offer some preformace package engine from the new Supra. Now we're talking.

A little more testing before introducing it would be good. Although I love my 'benz'. A little more testing of some of it's components would have made it a better experience for me. Lexus does a great job in that area.:

yeah if they did as much testing on a benz that they do on a lex benz wouldn't have NEAR the problems they have. and on that note, even if it doesn't smoke a m3 or c32 initially at least you can spend the money you save on lack of problems, to tune it to smoke the m2 and c32. sounds like a good deal to me.

If we think that Lexus is trying to do "field research" there are two things that we can do.
1. Write your congress representatives and senators and get them to legislate that the Lexus IS430 be made.
2. How 'bout a poll here or other 'concrete numbers' to give to Lesus?
