I just replaced my climate control unit with one I got off eBay since the previous one had a broken screen. After installing, the letters rearrange very quickly and look almost cryptic and are unreadable. No black spots or cracks in the new lcd screen. Ac still works completely fine and I didn’t see any broken or loose wires. Sometimes when I hit the unit the letters and numbers are readable until I turn the car off and on again lol. Any idea what it could be? Bad unit maybe or a wiring issue?

This should be moved into the main thread versus Build Threads - most will miss this thread here.
It looks like there is an electrical issue with your climate control. The screen looks ok, but there may be a problem with the solder joints in the unit or with one of the components, as the dual climate switch is flickering too.
The board will need to be inspected to solve. It's probably easier for you to discuss this with the seller and get a replacement unit.
