Default 2016 Lexus IS300 AWD (ol' reliable)

Hey folks, everything I built or will build was learnt from Youtube, and ofc here in the forums.
Without further ado, my 2016 IS300 AWD!

*edit:
OEM 18 inch mags 18x8 front, 18x8.5 rear powercoated at MAG911 Wheel Shop wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport All-Seasons
Enkei 17x7.5s wrapped in 225/45/17 Nokian winter tires square setup

How i first got my car in late 2019. Had to do a mini photoshoot while I waited nearby a food festival. First mods I did, were michelin pilot sport all-seasons and an RR racing tune.

With that tune I needed to sing. Next was an invidia axleback with burnt tips. Got them used on marketplace I haggled down to 500. Really woke up that ol' reliable.

I really liked the way those tips turned out, but I kept getting attention from the cops bc of it oddly.

Took some more photos. Atomic silver is so delish. I picked up some lightweight enkei 17s on Nokian winter tires.

Picked up these deflectors from RACINGBEES. They really make the lexx stylish af.

I wanted louder, so i got a tsudo midpipe. gets rid of the 2nd cats, and makes things smellier. Drone around 2.5 to 3k rpms on long drives suck. Loud music does the trick.

another photoshoot

tried plastidip. it was a ***** to remove afterwards

my car left, facelift f sport right

more atomic

eventually guess what came in...

my used axleback blew out is back lol. the sound deadening shot out like a a fetus with gambling debt. I got the same ones but with stainless silver tips. hopefully montreal cops buzz off.

eventually i got a yakima roof with a yakima cargo basket for weekend cottage fun. A thule wind fairing was the latest addition to my ol' reliable daily.

These are all exterior mods I've done so far. I'll post more pics on my interior stuff.

Try to run your OEM axle back in the winter, the salt ruins this stuff

deadass sprayed some black anti rust paint on my oem ones. gonna do the same with my invidia ones. Quebec winters are brutal with all that salt.

Default More pics

added replaced all interior lighting with bright white leds. I left the floor lighting original for some ambience

don't mine the subwoofer and tire inflator.

new thule fairing to go with my yakima roof rack. you'll see my lewd air freshner, but did you see the garmin dashcam i hot wired?

just did these yellow tints on the fogs. I'm terrible at wrapping and trimming. practice practice practice!

not sure how i feel about these side mirror covers. honestly tacky in my opinion, but i wanted to try it out

might upgrade to a different trunk spoiler when I get my side skirts, diffuser, and front lip. ordered a cool license frame thats coming in this week.

my chrome around the grille started pilling

i peeled some off to see underneath. I might just heat up the chrome trim, peel it off and spray paint it gloss black

Ohh ok, I just remove mine in the winter time. Not gonna let winter ruin the finish on it.

its a pain everytime i have to get down under to take them off. when it gets warmer, I'll remove my catback and spraypaint it. while im at it, rust proof the undercarriage too

It's 4 bolts for the axle back lol!
Removing the mid pipe is a whole different story though.

yes the axleback is easy, but the midpipe is another story. I got a shop I frequent that won't charge me so long as I bring the spray cans.

UPDATE:
-sold my invidia axleback and went back to stockiest, it's a nice chance from the drone
-Got new shoes yesterday from Vogue Autosport on Bruxelles Mtl-Nord for a treat price!
-The TSW Bathursts in Mirrored Silver really compliment the Atomic Silver
-I'm running a 19x8 square setup with hub centric rings and 20mm spacers in the front
-Bumper is in touch shape from precious owner, and I just got the passenger side swiped by someone in underground parking

-just got some ramps and stands from marketplace to work on my underbody
-gonna spray some APC and rust converter everywhere and finish with anti rust paint

future plans:
-my boy coming up from Toronto with my front lip, sideskirts, and rear diffuser from racingbees
-valved mufflers from au performance with 3 inch tips

***I noticed the wheel cap in the fronts are bitter than the rear. is that normal?
-ill get it checked out but if it's the case I'm considering lowering the fronts
