Hey Streetking(SW),
Just wondering if you had any updates on your car. I always like to hear news about my dream....I mean...ahem...YOUR car. =)

Hey SW, how come you didn't opt for drilled/slotted rotors with Lexus stickers instead of Supra stickers? Also, are you planning to add the clear side-markers? I think that subtle touch will bring out the look of the front end even more, the contrast against the all black car would look super. I'm just a curious **** I guess

Mike,
Not to speak on SW's behalf..but the previous owner (Clint-SC300tt) and SW(Streeking)..are both not fans of cross drilled/slotted rotors. They say it's much more for show and having tested them out...they found the stock rotors to perform BETTER than the other rotors.
It's really for "pimp" factor..as they said(to have crossdrilled/slotted rotors.

That's what I wanted to know, thanks man. I like to know the reasoning behind why people do what they do, it helps me to understand and make decisions. I always thought that drilled/slotted rotors were for IMPROVED stopping power, but if these guys are running turbos with stock rotors then...........interesting.
What city are you in by the way? I always like to know where my SC bro's are in case I'm in the area...I'm in Los Angeles, downtown to be exact...

Actually take it up w/SC300TT and Streetking. I'm only going by what they say.
I have cross drilled rotors too and I have supra brakes.
Well...I do trust their opinion because they do run 1000hp cars and have raced/tested them.
So the sarcasm is fun..but it just might really be the truth.
