I believe that this occurred before my time on the forum....
But, from what's been mentioned on similar threads since, a lot of people were "disappointed" in the results, and decided to flame the owners of the cars, saying that the gains weren't worth the money, etc etc etc, instead of commending the owners for being (for lack of better terms) guinea pigs for technology.

To all buds reading this,
There are many concerns I have regarding the Tom's s/c kit. The two most concerns are:
1. $20k engine mod means secret receipt.
2. I am a slave at work; I feel working 25 hrs per day and 8 days a week. I don't feel good going home at 10p and take pics to show off in a forum. I don't have time to wash the car for car shows and I don't carry a camera when in car shows. I am sorry because I am too busy.
Thanks to FFTEC, the s/c kit is done and in full working condition and very stable. No engine check light and was setup for 100 octane to follow JDM standard and reduce other risks. If you care, it is about 5.5 psi @ 2500 rpm, or nearly 50+ rwhp added to the car.
I am very happy overall with Tom's S/C, and I made a lot of oversea friends in this project. To guys who put speed mods on priority, the Tom's S/C is not a good approach for sure. For me I am not into speed since the day I pick up this car. Knowing sti and evo are always the better platforms to grow muscles, I pick a Lex because I love Toyota.
I knew Tom's S/C won't have a big gain before I start it, because I was at TOM'S HQ checking out the outcome before I ordered it. I want it because I love JDM. I have JDM cancer...

ps. I love Rolex but I know Casio is a better watch. Life is complicated and things are not always about money.

This will be my last entry in this tread. I will get better pics when I have a chance. I just moved and I need some weekends to settle.
