Only time I have ever seen any holes on the sides of Canisters is usually when the Air Ride on a Motorcycle and usually they tap it and put a fitting for Gauges or some BS. Doesnt make no sense on a Car unless somehow its used to put a seperate compressor or extra compressor to make it raise faster and slam faster which is the only reason I can think of for those holes. Goodluck.

well, ive got some bad news. the can with the hole in the bolt leaks from the top. the bolts were switched around so the hole isnt where it connected to the chamber. it was pressure tested and it leaks from the top - which means the seal is out. now i have to contact someone who can try to get either a rebuild kit for it or a new can through canover japan, depending on how much $$ it will cost me. or i may even have to send it to canover directly to rebuild it. the other is going to be welded in a bit and pressure tested. i really hope the seal hasnt gone bad on that one.
the car im borrowing as a daily has to be returned on tuesday. since my sc is my daily driver, ill have to put the stock rears in until i can get the rear can rebuilt. *sigh* what a fkn headache.

and i just got word that the other doesnt hold pressure either. both rear cans will have to be rebuilt now. i sent an email to canover to see what they charge, though im hesitant to go through them because of the high shipping and labor costs. im trying to find a shop stateside, but havent had any luck yet.

yes i did. in most cases all sales are final, so i dont expect anything from him. if he does decide to help me out monetarily, it would be extremely appreciated.
welding the holes wont fix the internal seals![Frown](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
