disassembled the center console today. it was such a b**** getting the radio out. took out the old crappy rca's. new ones will be run tomorrow. took the ashtray and other pieces off the console piece to get it ready for fiberglassing. the ethernet cable for the controller was run to where the ashtray used to be. all the cables inside the cabin were ziptied. the front cans are in now, but not fully connected. the air needs to be turned on so they can extend and go into the brackets on the lower control arms. speaking of which, i might get them modified so i can get more camber and go lower. oh, and i started to put teflon on the fittings and secure them in their respective locations but i soon realized that theyre american sizes and i only have metric wrenches. im borrowing some tomorrow to get that done. i think the project will be semi complete by the end of this coming week. i have more fittings and air line oilers on order - so as soon as those come in, i can turn on the air management, extend the cans, bolt them in, and go for a test drive

once everything is running nicely, the week after ill have the lca's modded - which will allow me to do this..

no need for vertex fenders anymore ^_^

its easy dude! like din told me: air suspension isnt any harder than wiring up a system or changing out your suspension

mini update:

i finished running all the lines/wires, dynamatting the rest of the rear quarter panels (whatever could get to), and put the rear interior back in. my battery is all charged up and ready to go. the center console is missing a bunch of screws (thx to the stereo shop that did my radio) and by a bunch i mean i only have 4 to hold down the radio and the trim.. ill have to hunt some down at lowes or home depot tomorrow. the rest of the fittings came in today - ill put all that stuff together tomorrow or the day after. just waiting on the oilers which come in thursday. i should be done saturday (i hope) if there arent any more delays. and hopefully i can make it up to dallas on sunday for the big lexus meet
