Forget inspecting. Get some new ones and never worry about em' again.
Turbo kit came today and I just couldn't help myself. I tore into the boxes and started drooling.
We started to dismantle the front bumper and unpacked everything. We started making the brackets for the intercooler mounting. Tomorrow we're gonna try to organize everything and make a list of all the extra hardware we are going to need.
Stay tuned! We should be boosted by no later than sunday! If things go well, by friday night/saturday morning.

If you cant get the dp bolts off (like me) just take it to some exhaust shop and they will cut em out for like $5. Also, with the new dp/midpipe combo you will have, you will need to get a gasket for it since there isnt one stock. Are you going to remove the lower pan when you drill for the oil drain? If you do, you need to take the exhaust side engine mount out in order to remove the lower pan. What plugs are you going to be using? How much PSI are you going to run? If you have any questions during the install pm me your Gunnar and we'll try and help out!

Using copper NGK plugs. BRK7e or whatever they are.
7PSI for the rest of the summer. Next winter we're rebuilding the motor and throwing in the HG. Or ill run water injection and raise the boost a little.
We have no plans to drop the oil pan... just lots of grease. I've seen lots of setups already running fine.
