Haha...don't worry its not on the car and will probably never be on my car. I just gave it a try to see if it would work but it didn't and thats that.....im moving on. I posted it up because at the end of the day this is a forum and we all have different tastes. Maybe it works for someone else but it did not work out as well as I would have liked but its all good.

Thank you It's comments like that I truly appreciate. I have had a passion for cars since I was a little kid and this is my first car and I'm truly blessed to be able to work on such a great vehicle. I seriously plan on having this car in my family for as long as I possibly can.

Speaking of my ride....small update: So I had to buy new speakers and an amp in order to get the carputer setup working properly. Just bought some alpine speakers and an amp so should get here next week. I have been spending so much money that I will probably have to recoup for a little while before I put everything in the car and have it all running perfect. It should look completely OEM when it's in and will be mounted right where the factory radio was so stay tuned

Update on how I molded the oem radio faceplate with the xenarc touchscreen faceplate.



Hope to put everything in maybe this week if time and money allows me. I want this done already!!!!

alot of people hate my taillights too.. over all i love the car its very clean simple, and Grohu said it the best im sure your if your car could talk its happy you own it

I know most people probably don't like your tailights but I personally think they go well with your ride so why not rock them??? By the way you have an amazing looking SC Hopefully I will be able to see it in person at one of the Florida meets sometime.

I would like to think my car likes being owned by me.....I take alot of pride in owning a Lexus and its my first car so I want to make this one as memorable as possible

Depends on how you get it. Mine was used and I got it for 380 shipped minus the motherboard and memory. If you add in the last 2 things the price would go up to almost 500.

If you bought all the pieces to a carputer new it would probably run you somewhere around 1200. In the end it kind of depends on your budget. For me....since I just so happened to come across a great deal for most of it I just could not turn it down. For what I paid most people just go with a standard double din. Why get that when you can have an entire computer system for around the same amount

Frontend software , backup camera and gps receiver was more.
