Things Still To Do:
I went to AL The Welder yesterday. I adjusted and had the Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Welded. I got an aluminum Mounting Bung for the Synapse Synchronic BOV. The kit came with a one Steel. I also got a -6 AN Male Welded to the Water Neck & the entrance / exit Lines welded up. Heavy rain & possible snow is forecasted for today so nothing much to do.
Things Still to do:
Remove / Reinstall the Hard Coolant Line which is going to be a Killer of a job.
Install 550's Injectors & Resistor Pack
Hot Side Intercooler Pipe
3" Pipe with Blow of Valve
Water Neck
Water Lines for the Turbo
Drive Shaft
Shifter
Interior Parts / Radio
It looks like a good 16 - 20 Hours of Work
WOW this is take much longer than I had planned. I thought I would be down for a month tops. It's going onto Two months and counting

1jzgte Hard Coolant Line Installed
1jzgte Hard Coolant Line Installed
Installing the Hard Coolant Line was a pain in the a$$. I have not curse like that in years.
I Removed
Upper and Lower Intake manifolds
Turbo
Engine Mount Bracket
I also had to remove the passenger side motor mount bracket. I used the engine lift to hold the engine up while the mount was removed. After the coolant line was half way in. I then reinstall the mount and then remove the engine lift hook (Driver Side) in order to snake the line around the driver side of the engine. Man I am beat. Also it's under 30 degrees outside today. I was out there for about 7 hours
