quickGS300 it works once I use the PVC tubing I made. I just finish reinstalling the Valve Spring and place the 2 Keepers around the Valve Stem

Default Adapter, for installing Tial 44mm (V44) Wastegate

Adapter, for installing Tial 44mm (V44) Wastegate onto a manifold flanged (or other location flanged) for 35mm, 38mm, delta-gate, evolution, smartgate, or other 2 bolt wastegates. Low profile. Use with 2X 8mm x 25mm high strength hex bolts. Fully compatible with original Tial supplied wastegate v-band clamp. 3D CNC Machined from 1 pc. solid carbon steel. Note: Does not include an adapter for the outlet side of the 44mm wastegate.

Default Wastegate Flanged Mounting Adapter

There was an issue with the Wastegate Flanged Mounting Adapter. The studs were touching the V-Band Clamp which left no room for the Nut to be installed. AL the Welder came through again.

Default Test Fit

Test Fit. The Hot Side Intercooler Pipes seem to fit but the Down pipe would need to be modified from my previous Set-Up.

and why paint everything? the paint is going to dull and/or chip off within a few months of driving. (been there done that)

I can't help myself. I looks much cleaner. All metal that are painted are going to get Powder Coated after I decide on Color. All Plastic are going to be Hydro-Dip’s Water Transfer Printed also after I decide on color.

I am not too familar with the 1jz but are you referring to the Cast Exhaust Manifold or the Wastegate Flanged Mounting Adapter???
