For downpipe i am looking at a cheap ebay one, i wanted to make my own but i have no lift and my jack haha only goes up 50%. So cheap ebay and modify it if needed but i was told it should bolt up fine. Cross Fingers!

Intercooler is 4" x 31" x 12" CXRacing.com universal kit, no idea why but that huge thing with 3inch piping is a steal for what i got it.

I probably went a little overboard but that me... it was a really tight fit and i saw that you bought the stock piping are you gonna run that to a fmic or a smic?

I had a SMIC for a few years to do this swap back in 2000. I only have about $300.00 + / - so I chose to use the SMIC and save the intercooler money just in case I run into any problems. My fingers are CROSSED also. Maybe two more days till I try to start her up.

yeah, smic is a good idea, keeping it the safe way and going stock is safe cause then you know that the aftermarket wasn't the problem. Question still stands, how did you get it purple?

Looks good Kenny !! I see you moving quik on this beofroe the winter comes. LOL .
I have to admit i am not liking the braided connections on each end with the worm clamp. I Hope it fits tight and snug at least. I guess i dont play around with fuel. PERIOD. IMHO maybe you should get hose ends to barb fittings to connect the fuel lines at both ends rather than just going straight to it . Again, only my sugguestion.
I may have a set of tt springs/shocks

Default I am feeling you on that 150%

RikTT. I am feeling you on that 150%. I purchased that Summit Kit with the hopes of using barb fittings to connect the fuel lines and Return Line Fitting at the Tank like you said. I really don't know how to connect the fitting to the hard line on the fuel rail (RETURN) and the Return Line Fitting at the Tank. That's why I connected the Return with the hose clamps. That 100% temporary until I can get some information on how to make that connection. I just want to get her started to sort out any problems that I may have. Good Looking. I really don't like messing around with that fuel stuff that why I opted to swap the fuel tank rather than mess with fitting and get a possible leak.

Default She Is Alive

I ran the wire harness through the fire wall attach the ECU
Connect the Battery Turn the key 1- 5 times to get Fuel to the engine. On the fifth try she started right up. She ran for like two seconds but she ran. The mid pipe from the MAF to the Turbo intake is not hooked up. The SMIC is not hooked up. The hoses to the heater core is not hooked up. The Radiator is not hooked up. The Exhaust is not hooked up. I just want to see if the ECU & Harness & Engine was OK. Time to go and get Hoses & Pipes. The 3" Down Pipe should be here in a few days.

Default Intake & Downpipe

UPDATE. I am just waiting for the E-BAY GS300 intake piping to arrive. I wanted to use my OEM intake piping & Air Box For the OEM appearance but when bolted in the intake piping was hitting the # 1 Turbo. I am hoping to modify the Intake Pipe to the Intake Air Box and paint it flat black for that OEM Look.
I am also waiting for the 3" Downpipe. Then I can take the car for a Test Drive
I am hoping that they arrive by weekend
