First off, thanks for the support guys and gals... like "fliptrix" mentioned, I can't wait to get this show on the road..
FiSta - so far the only modification will be to the armrest in the door panel.. they will be wrapped in the same leather treatment and will be double black stitched..I'll see if i want to make any further changes as everything progresses.
Lexozz - I thought you would never ask... Let's do it! actually, this carputer project is the only thing holding me up from closing up the interior- Hey, first things first-then I will hand over the keys
- I know, I know -all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy...
SpuGen - All parts needed? - preferably a crashed/totaled 98-2000 sc400 with all the trimmings will suffice. The latter less involved way will be to just purchase a 98-2000 drivetrain, contact Dr.tweak to make a custom wire harness for the engine/transmission to work with your pre-98 to 2000,then convert to gated shifter... My install was the first option and what a pain it was!

as you all can see I've been quite busy with other aspects of the project while the electrical/mechanical work was being ironed out, but this interior part of the project was the most tolerable...All i can say is, Peanut Butter anyone?

carputer project...
update: I would like to get this interior installed today but have to figure out the details of this carputer project before I close everything up... I've decided not to post any hi rez pics of the interior until it is installed in the car-I've got bigger fish to fry trying to get assistance with the completion of the carputer. It's bad enough getting good help nowadays, but not getting help at all sukks!(time to reach out to the pros). Anyway,I'm still plugging away at it and although I'm sure it will take longer to get everything into focus- I will look to wrap everything up a.s.a.p!

my apologies for the long haitus guys,but i've been extremely busy with family "stuff" and waited long enough to post up pics of the project...
UPDATE!!!....
I completed repairs September 2010 and all sytems are working 100% (vacuum systems,abs/trac/snow system,airbags,a/c,-all mechanical items) and I've driven the car about 3,000 miles since then trouble free!! (no warning lights on dash,etc). My car is officially now a hybrid 98 (95 chassis,98 everything else). I will elaborate a bit later about what was done and what was gained in this swap (new features,etc) with a few "spot" shots before the week is out with more detailed pics soon to follow. Hopefully the weather lets up and i can get to put in some detail work soon to take better quality pics. I know this project took forever and a day to accomplish but I am very pleased with the outcome..I will share soon
