I am currently selling the w58 that I JUST PUT IN THE CAR here on the forums. It's a toss-up between the powerglide and the r154. Boostlogic's built auto would be in the running but they're entirely too secretive about what they use to rebuild with. Sketchy. My friend Sam Mahdavi made great numbers with the BL auto but the last time he talked to me he said to stop playing games and go for the th400. I would love to go BL...it's just that IPT LISTS exactly what you're getting so you know what you're up against. Not ******* BL- I'm using their manifold and DP and SW kills it at the track consistently.

Ohhhh homie I got stuff to say about Mr. Crawler. DO IT NOW! Or you can always dogbox your w58 like all those strange Australian people do. Check out IPT's website. I believe they have a th350 built for the 2j. I know they have th400 and powerglides. The PG runs $1750 and is built like the loins of god. I'd listen to Sam though- the th400 is what you wanna use if you're throwing down that kinda cash. Everyone knows about driftmotion so I won't name drop them...oh wait I just did! You can get helpful little things like driveshafts, gm mount-up plates, and 1jz bellhousings to speed you on your way to not shredding your gears.

I can't wait to see me finish it too. I can't function knowing there is still so much to do before I get to dyno it. I turn into Gary Busey whenever I'm around torque wrenches and air tools and if I ever wanna get laid again I need to get this done.

I'm hoping! Crossing my fingers...if I don't hit it there's always nitrous. But Dang- the NO2 itself has gotten REALLY expensive. I remember the days when you paid $20 to fill a 10lb bottle. GONE. 
Plus- that's cheating. Kinda. It's cheating if you only use it on the dyno to get a better slip. But it's okay if you use it all the time- like to get grocery's real fast. REALLY FAST. J/K.
