I finally got my hands on a set of red & clear taillights from YAJ.

I just was going to ask if there were tails without the chrome strip..lol. Those will look good on the car. Your car is awesome man...real nice. I tend to ask everyone who has ganador mirrors the same question...How is the visiblity if it's a daily driver? Thanks.

Those look sweet, what is the process for making those?

Nice tails! Always love seeing lighting projects that are executed well. 1992-94 front lenses with the top portion cut out, and clear lense added from the inside(?) These remind me of a set of reverse 50/50 tails on a Maroon painted Soarer, I think the photo was... Can't find the pic at the moment... Ah, here it is! I wonder if the same company made them, or if the Soarer owner below parted out his car?

These below look slightly different, possibly LED...

Thanks. I'll keep my answer simple - don't buy them.

I have no idea. Wasn't there a DIY posted a few years ago?

I don't know if they're manufactured or custom. I guess once I get them I'll be able to tell by looking at the edges of the housing.

The quality on these is great! They are used but are pretty mint - with some polishing they will look new. I'm very happy with them. They even came with bulbs and harnesses. I'll probably keep these on until I finish my led 97+ tails.

I don't know where you'd be able to find another set. I troll YAJ quite a bit and this is the only set I've ever seen for sale.

Honestly Man, I absolutely hate them. They look increadabily cheap for some reason and I cant seem to put my finger on why. I guess its the simplicity. they do not look clean at all.

Your car needs some classy 97+ tails with blacked out ambers

I think they look great. Those are in my top two fav tails if properly executed.

I think the tailights themselves do look great and it basically comes down to your personal preference. Now as far as the tailights on your car....like JDMmuscle said, they seem to be a bit too simple for your ride.

I think once you get your 97+ custom LED tailights done that those will be the best ones for your car. But until then you could rock these or stick with 97+ OEM like you have been.
