so the hybrid hks air suspension is sold and its being removed. im happy, but a little sad at the same time - its kind of the end of an era for me.

the suspension is getting a major overhaul and i ordered some parts
whiteline sway bars (already arrived)
phr billet subframe mounts f+r w/ rear sway bar mount
battle version toe links
battle version traction rods
battle version inner and outer tie rods
battle version sway bar links f+r
battle version billet differential bushings f+r
battle version billet steering rack bushings

phr 1 piece driveshaft also ordered

is this overkill for a mixed use street/track/show car? absolutely! but i dont want a weak link anywhere or have to worry about breaking/fixing something down the line. the rear end should be super solid and able to handle whatever amount of power is thrown at it. i pity the tires i will be using.

well, to be fair the car is now 14yrs old and the bushings have gone to crap. to get everything tight like a virgin again i needed new bushings so why not upgrade?

alex @ bv has a very fast turn around time.. parts have shipped the next business day after ordering

i understand BV is top quality but you guys spend so much on the BV stuff. why dont you more "well off" guys spend a little more for wisefabs front and rear suspension? i only wish i could afford those :/ bit to extreme but i'd consider that the best suspension link for our chassis on the market.

im not interested in drifting, so i wouldnt need the knuckles and some of their other parts. its also $6k for the front & rear set. the bv parts are much less in comparison. i am interested in getting the ikeya control arms in the future though.

Such a nice list of parts. Getting the BV arms is a much better choice compared to replacing the bushings. I never want to do the bushings again.

Is the PHR rear sway bar mount necessary? I thought whiteline sways were SC specific.

driveshaft arrived pretty quick. finally got the intake after 5 months (long story). hypertune is amazing quality though. the welds are absolutely perfect.

102mm throttle body

decided to order the garage whifbitz dry carbon engine covers. i was going to paint match the oem ones, but i think this will be far more interesting.
