Nice work, I wanted to know what you did for your r154 to fit correctly.

Also what about your power steering hook up

I read alot about the cost of swap here on lexus forums, everything was going as i expected and as it was said by many people around $2500 for all the parts no labor, but mine went a little over that because i ended up buying little parts (bolts and nuts) from toyota dealership for another $400. so i would say $3000 including all the parts.

I had the shifter extended a few inches back to make it fit, which i regret rite now, after driving it, it feels weird, i think ill have to send it to driftmotion to make it perfect.

Good looking out,

so what exactly about the shifter extension dont you like? How much did u extend it?

Also do you have pics of what the interior looks like as far as where the shifter sits?

Thanks,

-GP

Look's good! I like that shop too with the lift!

The trans cross member isn't stock right? What kind of mounts did you use?

I'm thinking about upgrading to the Driftmotion trans mount asap, because the damn shifter does move around like they say, which makes missed shifts happen more often.

Where in Texas are you?
