Does that thing have roller rockers? What's the deal with the super tall valve covers?

cool build... i just think you are not very color coordinated. We like to see style, elegance, and clean builds, none of that honda ricer stuff; thats the reason for the flaming but like others said, do your thing.

thanks...to be honest im on a budget...im a college student so that means im broke....but if yall want to pitch in for cash to put in my car so that it has style feel free to paypal me,lol

but being serious...once it has tyres, exhaust, registered, insured, and the danm windows are fixed ill worry about making it look nice...first comes first

radiator in, made door panels out of aluminum. battery was being placed in trunk. carb in, and prety much all done just need to do electrical.

also put switches in glove compartment...the only issue i think i may have is clerance issue when i put the hood back on...i think the air filter is going to be to tall...so i may hace to cut the hood :/

Holly S@$t this was the best idea ever!!!!! so the engine is runing, danm its a dream come true....pics and videos to come this wekend, expect to see a 3 way againts a pink sti and a evo x

so worked out most of the kinks, had to put a new started, reconnect the alternator (the guy forgot it) and now its just missing a pipe. the electric stuff works just fine and i had to cut the hood to fit the air filter

Love the project dude, I've always been a fan of the SBC: cheap (relatively) power! Plus the cool v8 rumble...

the build reminded me of this SBC supra saw a while ago...

ship that driveshaft? and what does the guy want for the mounts?
i would be interested. a sbc is Cheap to build lol. put up more info on the swap process. wiring and what not. but have fun getting 11mpg lol.
