Who did you send your harness to?
Thats the only thing thats scares me, doing my 1jz-r154 swap in my sc400.
I could probably attempt it myself, but I have a perfectly un-cut soarer wiring harness and dont feel like destroying anything lol.

How hard was putting it all back into the car(motor, trans, driveshaft, etc)
By the sounds of it, its not very hard. I guess I'm just nervous since I havent doen anything to this scale before lol

Thats exactly it, youre just psyching yourself out. Exhale and gitter done, its very simple. Everything basically falls back into place.

As for the harness, I sent it too Dr. Tweak....he did a really good job.
