I like the way it's coming along.
As for the evaporator box , just remove the crash bar and you should be able to remove it , i've replaced mine 3 months ago.

I also Removed the coolant lines to the iac no problems.I never it when it cold anyway. Sweet build. So you used a stock 2jzge and gte head with thicker hg? Didnt see anything about the rods or bottom end? Im in the process of a rebuild as well, not as sweet as yours, but tring to figure out how to do it? A ge with a full bottom end rebuild,[rods, pistons, bearings.] or a Jdm gte and just swap oil pans? Going for 550 hp.

look what finally showed up...
Like i figured it will need some modifications but I figured as much so im not worried. My biggest worry is the flange of the turbo has a large lip and the downpipe opening is too small for it to fit over that. I need to make the downpipe about half inch taller due to my engine being a 1.5jz and not a standard 1jz. Im also going to be adding a 4" flex section onto it.
Once all thats done Ill be getting it ceramic coated just like the hot side.

plan will be to weld a 90 degree cast aluminum onto the turbo end because of where the turbo actually sits and run that to the intercooler. TB side will be a hole where the battery was and directly into the intercooler.
i really havent done much to the car, I mounted the radiator fully, installed the DLI and started to put the cage in the car along with some of the interior back.
