ok so here is my new build thread that ill just keep using for my long term build. This sc project was bought as a daily driven project till i picked up a new 530i as my daily last sunday. most/all of the work was done at home by me and my brother in front of my house execpt for molding the rear fenders and paint i had the shop do that.
when i purchased the car 2 years ago.


right when i got the car i did some major work





(brothers wheels was going to use but sold becuase took wide body direction)

failed fake vertex cheap sides and back (did not use cuz fitment sucked ***)


(gf got me new seats)

(took a drive down to socal acouple times from norcal to pick up parts/vacation excuse with gf) found this picture picked this up from one of the long drives

then from there it took off! orign all around













then the next big step that failed "engine went boom"

then i gave up on my sc and clublexus but i could just not let the car go and gf wont let it go also...... so i picked up this bad boy!!! and now gf wants to take the sc from me!! she said! "ill pay for all the engine swap stuff but you have to give me the car" then she says " "i want to take it to the track and drift" =/ fackkk!! but i might take the deal.... any say on this guys?

its offical sc is not a dd no more and ITS GOING DOWN! (engine bay clean up/tuck/abs delete/ac delete/bat relocated to trunk/painted bay!)
and here it how the car sit in my garage right now untill the gte go's in!

Note: there is alot of pics missing in this build like oem black interior swap stilling missing doorpanels, other interior stuff like woodgrain momo steering wheel ect ect strero system and another vacation excuses drives for like coil overs and other stuff!

future plans from here:
-get the car running gte single
-r154 swap
-get bigger fatty wheels
-vertex front lip
then mybe warrenty on the 530 will be over then i shall mod that! then turn the sc into a promotion/drift/street car.

sorry but she does but way under age way way under age! haha and they are rsx seats. in the beginning i was aiming for oem black interior look but now that im going this direction i might sell them latter on and put some bride seats inside. so in a couple months they might be forsale!! and there are in great new condition original owner had them on his car for only 14k miles i think or near there.

astray - I'm not sure if ill roll around with no fenders but ill roll around with no hood if i had a sick turbo setup but that might get me in big trouble! lol


turbodremz-im more happy with the bmw because the luxury of the car and digitial stuff is new to me! haha umm and im more happy that i picked it up so i can take my time with the sc and try to build a monster.


onejay- thanks dude i had my car running on the steets like that since last summer and drove all summer then it went back into the garage for like a 5 turbo build.. i been just lerking around posting noob questions and threads for the last 2 years untill i blew the engine!! i met up with cleanshots i been wanting to see your car for a while becuase i wanted to know more about 1jz in a sc.

It's always nice to see a car get fully transformed. Nice work sir. I probably wouldn't give the car to the GF, maybe just joint custody??

Awwwww when did you make this time line? Makes me all teary. She put me through so much I'm never ever letting her go!...

Pictures do not say enough.. How many cans of primer did we buy let alone spray it ourselves... Oh better yet we had to sand down the whole car before that! I remember bondoing the sideskirts myself on the failed vertex kit that we bought... She came a long way and I'm happy she looks good as she does now. She needs some new shoes and a lip but that'll have to wait.

Waking up every morning by myself and only to find that my BF is working on his SC.. Seriously.. Really now? No one would tolerate as much as I can.. Ask anyone.. Therefore the SC will be mine thanks

And no you are not modding your bimmer it's already lowered and tinted. That's good enough!
