get a stock flywheel the LWF are too noisy, rattles, i'll never use them on my cars or any other project...
***Some the clutch kit doesn't come with the TB and shims you will need to order them from toyota and make sure you buy the shims also this happened to me and my car sat on jack for 4 days from saturday till tuesday.
Tq the flywheel to 75lbs and it's be fine, then mount to the pp and line up the dowel pin from the FW to the PP , and the holes on the pP matches will the fw once you do that just use a marker .
Mark the flywheel and PP on the side just cross a line from the PP to fw on the side ..Why do this because it will make your life 5000 times easier.
then slide the PP on the spline and then the disc make sure you look at the disc it will say FW side.
mate the trans to the block , line up the dowel pin with the bellhousing then install 2 bolts to hold the trans in place.
now you have to bolt up the PP to the flywheel, remember i told you to draw a line on the PP and FW just look for those lines on the fw and PP line them up and bolt the pp to the fw .
if you didn't mark them up ..you will have to sit and keep turning the pp to make with the fw which is not fun doing when you are on your back!
tighten the 6 bolts on the PP in sequence i tq them to 14 lbs .
if you do it this way it actually take you 30-45 to install the trans instead of 1:30 to 3hrs.
The rest is like doing a W58 swap, change your diff before you start boosting hard! 4.10 ratio doesn't not match your trans and setup.
Fluid i used redline mt90, Royal Purple 75w90 .
make sure the dust shield on the back off the trans doesnt have any bend in it because the shield on the driveshaft will be scrapping it on the inside and it will be making stupid noise lol , it happened to me once car ran great on the dyno as soon as i rolled off the dyno i hear a lood scrapping noise in my tunnell.
You got my number hit me up if needed..
