I understand mistakes happen...but fix it and lets make things good. I reported this on Sunday night and its almost Friday with no resolution other then another message asking for a picture of the brown box they shipped in???? I'm at a loss for this. Guess I expect too much maybe

I would not have been so patient. Vendors on m5board know me very well. You **** me off, I smear your company all over the internet.

maybe they will ask for the measurements of the box next to make certain its their brown box. I could also take a pic of the box mfg cert on the bottom if that shows where the box came from....

Note to self: Don't buy Rotora part secondary to poor service. I hate hearing stuff like this. They screw up and then make you feel like you stole something or you are playing games. What a pain in the ***.

so no reply....what a joke! I guess I have to contact the credit card company and dispute the transaction. always a first for something I guess what a waste of my time. hope this shows on how they take care of customers. a repeat client I might add....

i say give them a last chance monday morning, send one last email or call and say if you don't hear by end of the day, you will go with cc. tell them it's been a week and that's more than enough time for them to sort it out, if at all
