Ed you have to cut remove the ring that's on the boot, basically the boot has to go pass the reverse lock ( the part that you pull up to go in reverse).
Right now it's not going in reverse because that ring that's inside the shifter boot is putting pressure on the reverse lock when you install the shift ****.

Here is where i am at currently:
Well I have been gathering parts for the last 1.5 years to convert my SC3 to single turbo, standalone ems and etc. I kept changing my mind on setups, which I am still not to clear on what I'm doing about the fuel. The shops are too busy and too much $$, I have a guy that knows this like the back of his head but he is just to damn busy also. So I am going to attempt to do the complete install on the ground on 4 jack stands ( gotta do what i gotta do). Still gonna purchase little parts here and there as I go along. I have been offered help by 2 guys here on the forum Leevo and SloSC3 and I will use their help if i need it, thank you fellas. I have printed out 2 threads from this forum, Stock Twin removal How To, Fuel System Upgrade How to and 1 from BoostLogic- 67mm install manual. I might be forgetting somethings, but hopefully you guys can give me some advice during my install that you have learned from experience. I was so close to scrapping this project because girlfriend wasn't working, new baby, etc etc you guys know how it goes. I will update and edit this thread as needed, Wish me luck....
