Today comes the parcel with the tips and speakers

Borla Tips







A little problem is, the pipe from the box to tip is outside 70,5mm. The Borla tip have inside 64,5mm and outside 67mm. Normaly no problem to weld on

On the picture from the topspeed exhaust with look in the tip, i can see the 2,5" and the other pipe outside is show

Seriously, clean car man. I like the look of that exhaust. It's going to look even better with the Borla tips. Good luck making them fit.

Are you a engineer or auto Machanic? All the upgrades have been fantastic.
Have you driven the car on the Autoban? If so how fast did it go and how was the handling?

@sumotime... i learned radio and TV mechanic, worked on wind turbines/plants and yet on UPS-Systems for servers... but my hobby is over 15 years japanese cars, prefeered Toyota and Lexus (my family drives over 35 years Toyota privat and in the company)
Yes...i driven on highways In Austria is limited of 130km/h but in Germany is open maximum speed was ~225km/h and the SC was very smooth to drive with the Bilstein suspension and the 18" wheels

Sweet! The tips turned out really nice.

 

I really like the modification to the Pro-1 mufflers with the borla tips. I have the same ones...They came out mint. Deff gonna look into getting some. What size did you get?

 

Very clean Sc400! i wish i have motor like 16k mile haha.. i wish you keep top speed of exhaust tip cause it look good but it still cool tho..
