i put it in within 30-40 mins and that was with finding the which extended bolts and nuts would work best with the sc. I would say 3 mins to take it out and 3 mins to put it in once you are familiar with the sc and how it bolts up

and yeah i wanted to try this without the coilovers to get a feel on how it would affect the oem handling characteristics....much more flat through corners. Im curious if the floor bar will improve on the flat cornering as well....we'll see....its only 30 bucks....

might be a little overkill?

someone on here had made some rear strut bars i wasnt able to get one =[

so im guessing this might work i have a front bar and coilovers and i think the car handles nicely i think the next best thing would be sways

meh i prefer more than less personally. Yeah rear strut bars would be nice but i think a good pair of sways would probably do more for handling feel.

yeah sad but true bar is treating me well. you can feel it hold the car together when you get happy around the corners.

thanks ! and yeah the 10k is great i had 6k then 8k and settled on 10 for the color. Didnt notice a whole lot of difference to be honest. Still better than halogens..with halogens on any car i feel like i am running around with a flashlight.

im thinking nrg seats, have them in the galant and i like them. Also since they will be going in when track season comes and my car is ready and going back out and leather going in for winter....heated seats ftw
I would rock the bar even without the harness and seats. its good chassis support.

replaced that nasty filter! yuck!

Mmm Cleeeean!

Bay shot Gawd the Bfi is nuts....sounds like a v8 now. much more responsive throttle. i love it. this is a must! I bought the bfi kit from my friend tom renshaw. check out his ebay listings.
http://motors.shop.ebay.com/trenshaw...1&_from=&_ipg=
I then installed the sun hyper voltage system. this helps a lot on older cars. reduces electrical load due to factory grounding systems wearing out over time. I therefore increases throttle respomse, torque, gas mileage..... ever since i got this car i have logged the mpg and have been waiting to install this to see how much it improve so said things. I had this on my galant and the difference was definitely noticeable...

Stay tuned for my findings.....

They actually did bring the VR-4 Galant to the US. It was the 4wd/(?)4ws(?) first/second gen with a turbo charged evo engine... the same one I believe thats in the current generations of evo's. They brought about 2000 or so of them to the US, and you can still find one though most are heavily modified or very high mileage. Someone one town over had one that appeared stock, I was 15 at the time and never mustered the courage to ring their bell and ask to buy it. Very cool cars...

Your build thread rocks, and some cool links to SC ebay toys. Also black with those rims is a great combo that I plan on doing with my SC soon enough!
