excellent thread. Great walk through for tuning up when you go to pick up a used car.... I still need to do almost all of these steps. All I did was replace a serpentine belt and have an oil change. My car had only 102k miles on it, but I really should do some more maintenance. As for the car it is tasteful, and what appeals to me as a fellow sc400 daily driver, is that it is practical. I have the same color car, same generation, with same OEM lip. I however, like the gold emblem package... >_< and unlike most of everyone on this board not a fan of rear visors on these cars. Roof line is so smooth naturally... Kudos excellent build, keep us updated and I vote for some video of this exhaust as it seems like a great deal!

REALLY liked the silver vert. sometimes I miss the ol' 240s but naaaahhhh. not until i can afford multiple cars, anyways.

good job with the restoration so far.

now address those headlights, and add some 25mm spacers in the front/rear. that sunken look is the only thing detracting form the extrerior.

How many cans of SEM did it take to do just the top part of the dash? (above the wood) would I be good with just one?
