Congrats on getting the motor in. Trans in too?
Whats with the Torque converter? Is that a 6Cyl TQ? Chris and I were thinking about going with the smaller 6cyl TQ as you can get a higher stall then the larger 8cyl TQ.Good luck

Thanks Bob...The trans is going in today, in a few minutes. More prepping work...That is the correct TQ converter from Precision Industries. The one for the SC400 is smaller than the stock one. That is the way they make them...

That's exactly what he has. The current setup is only there because the car hasn't been painted yet.

Pics are earlier in this thread I believe.

Haha don't sweat it, dude... At 74 pages long, no one is really expected to read the entire thread and know every step Ryan has taken. I don't think even Ryan remembers them all at this point.

But for the record, the emblems are on page 44 of this thread.

Saying he's a stickler for the details is a gross understatement.

Ryan, the car is finally coming together. As excited as we are in the community, you have to be even more so excited to be getting your body of work on the roadways. You have my best wishes on a smooth install during this reassembly.

Thanks Blizzy...I appreciate your kind words. I am excited that we are getting nearer to actually starting this car up and driving it...

Well, getting the final touches done over the next few days so that I can send my car to Driven Concepts in Tampa...

Found more issues with the previous work done by Xtremeboost...It never seems to stop. Now, I found that the AEM Widwband harness had apparently been jerked through the hole in the floor of the car, and stripped the insulation off every wire that connected to the plug. More bare wires... I also took the exhaust apart, and something was clanging in the pipe, I turned it upside down, and a 14 mm wrench fell out... More "stuff"

I am certainly glad we are checking everything that was done by them...

Ryan
