what you talking about willis, sc bearings come sealed theres no way you can repack them or replace seals, you just replace the bearing.

I was wondering how the 4.27 ratio will affect your tach & speedo along with the a650e. Didn't 98-00 SC400's come with the a650e but a 3.26 in the rear? Even with a 98 cluster won't your rpms be off?

Update:
So I guess this is gonna be a 5 week build but oh well.

Started on the stereo stuff last night. Interior is coming along pretty well but that cluster really set me back. Anyway, enjoy.

Nice build man, I'm still wondering about the a650e working with a non-vvti 1uzfe along with that sc300 diff. I asked you some questions in your other thread about the cluster.

Sorry, I must have missed it.

I took her for a spin the other day for the first time with everything running properly and I can honestly say Ive never driven an sc that feels so alive. Now on top of the the 4:27 diff, Im running brand new Hankook Ventus V12 tires on 18" 350z wheels instead of oem sc wheels w/ snow tires, 100 octane racing fuel instead of 91 (premium in Denver), and I also flushed and refilled all the fluids. The car goes like stink but its gonna take driving it for a while to really in normal conditions to before Ill really be able to tell how much of a difference it makes.

I still havent been able to track down an a650 for a reasonable yet but how Im planning on running it is with the suprastick v4 but if I have to, Ill just piggyback a 98 sc400 ecu to my ecu to run the trans controller.
