Default Three Week Build Thread

Basicly, I have my entire garage to myself, vacation time, a fair amount of $$$ and 3 weeks to get my car ready for the track and show this season. Im starting this thread about a week and a half into the build but I have been taking pics as often as possible.
Whats done:
Replace every steering and suspension bushing, pulled and re-gasketed every fluid holding pan, flushed and refilled every fluid, replaced differential w/ a 4.27:1 diff from an SC300, re-packed wheels bearings and replace bearing seals, removed and cleaned intake manifold and replaced the gasket, replaced spark plugs and wires, painted and rebuilt brake calipers, wired and installed 1998 SC400 cluster
Whats left:
Replace transmission w/ A650e, trd lsd, tein coilovers (still shopping), re-weld exhaust manifold and install ct26 turbo,
re-upholster, dash (oem black vinyl), door panels (oem ivory vinyl) , headliner (ivory suede), a pillars (black), window trim (black), arm rests (black suede w/ ivory stitching), build custom enclosure to replace back seat and put everything back together.
Enjoy

P.S. I hate those tail lights, I bought em to use the clears lens' on my oem tails. Uber fail on my part

Looks like fun and please report your impressions of the sc300 diff in your sc400!

2 questions though, Who makes the install kit for the radio and what was wrong with the 98 sc400 cluster??

I didnt use an install kit for the deck, I just used the original brackets making a custom cosmetic cover.
Theres nothing wrong with the 98 cluster, its just a pita to wire up. Its actually still not working yet but Im so close I can taste it.

Yes they are which is why I replaced the seals too.
