Some more mods this week

Silent air intake, still need to change out to blue couplers, over all it was cheap and cost me nothing but about an hour of time. No noticeable difference since I rarely get above 3k rpm anyways, but it seems a bit smoother on take off.

Sonar LED
I was told it was sonar, but still not 100% sure. The resistor box does not fit behind the headlights and was too big to slip though the small hole of the wiring harness. What I did was seperate each wiring cluster, mark it accordingly, cut a slit in the rubber and slid the wire though. This way the resistor box is protected. Not hard but time consuming. I also smoked out the lower portion of the tails, yes I could have bought it already smoked, however it seems too dark for me. I wanted a slight smoke like my previous Mbenz, just a slight smoke, hardly noticeable and very OEMish....

Last bit I did was add foam molding to the side of the tail lights, it left a slight gap I did not like and use this as a cushion to prevent vibration

update on the LED tail. After a car wash there is no leaks or condensation, all led works and looks great. Only thing is the inner trunk lights is slightly brighter, but not by much, most dont notice but I do, I might try a small resistor to even it out, over all I am happy with the looks and overall quality.

Nice mods! Those taillights do not fit perfectly though... They light up nicely however!
